This project started off with discussions and a survey to find out why people who need glasses, don’t wear their own at the gym or during casual sports. The main reasons were that they are not comfortable, they easily slip off, and they don’t have a good fit to the head. This I wanted to change, and it led to the brief - design comfortable and protective eyewear that provides perfect vision during casual sports. 

Instead of screws and hinges, I wanted to use a living hinge that would create optimal pressure against the sides of the head with great comfort. After trying out various designs, I selected one I believed was most aesthetic and comfortable.
